Meet Our Employee of the Month: Austin Neustaedter
At Frank Leta Honda, we wouldn’t be where we’re at without our incredible team of service technicians serving our clients every single day. One of those service technicians in particular, Austin, not only goes above and beyond to serve our customers, but he also brings an incredible attitude to work everyday and is always a joy to be around, which is why he is our November employee of the month!

Q. How long have you worked in the automotive industry?
A. “I’ve been working in the automotive industry for a little over a year.”
Q. What made you choose to work for Frank Leta?
A. “The reason I chose Frank Leta is because it seemed like a very nice place and everyone was extremely friendly right from the start.”
Q. Name one thing you can’t get through your workday without.
A. “A Mountain Dew!”
Q. What are the three most important things in life to you?
A. “My family, my friends, and cars.”
Q. You’re on your lunch break and can eat at any restaurant in St. Louis–where would you go?”
A. “Joe Boccardi’s–they have the best pizza in Saint Louis.
Q. What’s your favorite thing to hear from a customer?
A. “My favorite thing to hear from a customer is how grateful they are when a problem on their car is diagnosed and fixed.”
Q. You have a free Saturday–what do you spend it doing?
A. “Hanging out with my girlfriend or working on my race car.”

A. “I would most likely be in another trade like construction or welding.”
Q. What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?
A. “I serve part-time in the Army National Guard!”
