Meet Us Monday: Paul Quisenberry, Service Manager

March 13th, 2017 by

We get to know our customers each and every day, so we’d like you all to get to know us, too! This week, we’re introducing you to Paul Quisenberry, our wonderful (and hilarious) service manager who you’ll likely see the next time you bring your car in for service.

Paul Quisenberry, Service Manager

Q. How long have you worked for Frank Leta?

A. Since 2009!

Q. What position did you start in, and what position are you in now?

A. I started as an express technician, and am now the service manager.

Q. How long have you worked on Hondas?

A. 8 years on Hondas–13 years on cars in general.

Q. What is the coolest experience you’ve had so far while working for Frank Leta?

A. The van donation to charity. I had never been involved in something so awesome.

Q. What is your favorite memory that sticks out to you in your time working for Frank Leta?

A. Work trips to Los Angeles and Phoenix!

Q. If the guys in the shop/service department could use three words to describe you, what would they say?

A. “Gut-wrenchingly handsome.”

Q. You’re on your lunch break and can eat at any restaurant in St. Louis–where do you go?

A. Cugino’s or Narrow Gauge Brewing!

Q. What’s your favorite thing to hear from a customer?

A. “I’m so happy!”

Q. What is the biggest surprise or craziest thing you’ve seen when looking under a hood?

A. A customer once complained of a “rattle in the front end.” I found a baby’s rattle inside the front bumper. This was the most literal customer concern I’ve ever handled.

Q. Finish this sentence: “If I wasn’t working on/with cars for a living, I would be doing _______.”

A. Nothing. I’d be relaxing on a beach on St. Simon’s Island, GA (my favorite vacation spot)!

Q. What is one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?

A. I am a former financial advisor (for a major St. Louis financial firm) and hold series 7/66 stock broker and Missouri state insurance producer licenses.

Q. What is your biggest accomplishment/thing you’re most proud of?

A. Becoming a father!
