We know that getting stuck inside a waiting room of a dealership (or any establishment, for that matter) is the last thing you want, so if your service appointment is going to take longer than two hours, we’ll provide you with a loaner vehicle! Now you can run your errands, grab lunch, or simply get back to the office quickly while we finish up your vehicle.

Sometimes that pesky “check engine soon” light might come on while you’re elbow deep in kids crafts and cleaning up messes, making bringing your car into the dealership a task you dread with kids in tow, but have no fear! Our waiting area has a kids play room full of toys for their enjoyment (and your sanity).
And speaking of kids, don’t worry about packing snacks, either–we have those, too! Enjoy your choice of beverage from a soda to latté, as well as a snack (or even a freshly popped bag of popcorn!) while you wait for us to finish up your car. You can fuel your tribe while we fuel your vehicle!

We understand that many people avoid bringing their cars into shops because they’re afraid of being taken advantage of and being told specific work needs to be done on their vehicles when in fact it isn’t necessary. We provide free WiFi at our dealership because we know that often times our customers have work to catch up on while their car is in the shop, which also means you may not always be available to chat with us when it comes time to update you on your vehicle’s status, which is why we offer texting as an alternative! So, whether it’s face-to-face, texting, or snail mail (just kidding), we’ll always keep you up to date on the status of your vehicle through the medium of your choosing!
