We had van issues while on a road trip. We stopped here because they were the closest honda dealer. The staff (especially Matt K.) were wonderful. They made every effort to take care of us in a speedy manner. The wait was easy with everything from pop, popcorn, coffee, and capri suns for the kids. I wish we had a honda dealer like this back home. To top it all off, they have a Sacred Heart of Jesus picture in the lobby.
These folks aren't going to screw you when it comes to buying a car. They're more interested in finding the car you love and getting you in it! They offer free snacks, popcorn, coffee, and there's even an area for the kiddos to play! If you're looking for a safe, dependable, and affordable vehicle - Honda is it. We bought a Honda Odyssey from Tracy, and were pleased with our experience. We have had headaches and annoyances from some other dealers we have been to, but were treated well by Tracy. She listened to what we were looking for and did not try to pressure us about anything. I had misread what time they closed and came in about 40 minutes before closing. They treated us well and we were able to get the purchase done in a reasonable amount of time. We hope to enjoy our vehicle for many years and are exited about our purchase!Well three years on and still pretty satisfied with Frank Leta. I have been taking the van in to them for most of the service (except a few oil changes). Just had the alternator fail on me (143,000 miles) and they had a re-manufactured one on hand to fix the same day (comes with 3 year 36,000 mile warranty). I had bought a new battery from them 8 months ago and the failing alternator killed the battery. They replaced the battery under warranty for no charge. Their service department does cost quite a bit, but they have been knowledgeable and I have not had any issues with work done. I do feel that I was misled when buying the extended 3rd party warranty (AUL service contract). They mentioned sliding door failure as a something that would be covered, and it was not. There were a few other issues that were covered and the dealer took care of dealing with the warranty company.
