We drove up here from Springfield due to the April hail storm totaling my 2020 CR-V. I purchased a 2019 Accord on 7/31 with the help of Jim Caskanett..also Anna walked me through the available options..was quite pleased to learn that a 100 day warranties was included.(unexpected) there was also a young man named Ryan who would check on me as the day went on..much appreciated the comfortable feeling of a family enterprise!...it is my second purchase from the Leta family.(2025 in Cape Girardeau) full props to all my friends at Leta Honda!

On a whim, stopped in today to look for a used vehicle. While we didn't make a decision today, I had one of the best experiences I've had walking in 'cold' at a dealership. I didnt have a referral from a friend, which is not typical for the way we shop. Met Cole Staehling, relatively new to the Sales Team. No pressure , lots of information without flooding me with too much, and absolutely delightful to work with. Car shopping is easy to dread, but I'm sure glad I stopped in today!

David was super easy going and felt no pressure from him. I came in with an appointment to look at a different car but something else caught my eye which I ended up with instead. He allowed me to take my time and weigh my options without feeling rushed. Not a ton of wiggle room on price but it was a fair price to begin with. I went home very happy and would consider buying future cars from him and Frank Leta.
Shauna Young was amazing and extremely helpful once again. She said i would be in and out within 25 minutes and got me taken care of and out with time to spare. Had a comfortable, professional experience with Kyler DeGaeto at Frank Leta Honda. Drove 2 Passports and the basic CRV with my husband one day. Returned with my son a few days later and he recognized me, happy to help again. Introduced me to the CRV hybrid sport touring, and I had that, "Yep, this is my new car" feeling. Kyler worked with me patiently with my time crunches and plenty of questions (first new car in 22 years). If you want a knowledgeable and kind salesman at Honda, ask for Kyler.

Shauna was a great service advisor. She was friendly and greeted us upon arrival. She communicated well during the service and ended by explaining exactly what was done. She also made me aware of an offer by the manufacturer that saved me some money. Her attention to detail helped to troubleshoot a potential problem and she contacted me immediately to rectify the situation. I was very pleased with my experience and would be happy to have her again as my service advisor!

Absolutely blown away and impressed with Frank leta Honda service. I stopped by with no appointment and asked for an emissions inspection, since my car is lowered and modified I asked if they could take extra care to make sure no damage would occur and the service advisor Dashuna assured me that the car wouldn't even be put on a lift. I almost couldn't believe that I received a text stating my car was done and ready to be picked up 20 minutes later. Fantastic experience and will be using this location for all future servicing.

My only concern was that Elyse was a bit too persistent for my comfort level. After my test drive, I received multiple follow-up contacts the next day encouraging me to place a deposit. It felt a little pushy. However, I love my new car and am very happy with my purchase and overall experience with David.

The free car washes is a great perk, but it's not quite what I was expecting. You have to stop in to get a coupon and then go to the car wash at a different location.
