I take my 2010 Accord there for oil changes and while they take videos and pictures of what the recommend fixing or changing but they dont pressure you or upsell you. Love that! The price is pretty similar to a Valvoline. I quit gong to Valvoline because I was tired of the upsell and telling me that I needed this or that just to get me to do more. We had a really good experience at Frank Leta between John Brown (JB), our salesman and Ray, the business/finance person, we were educated very well on the CR-V Hybrid styles and warranty options as well as the ceramic paint and interior protection they offer. The deal was decided on one day and done the next after I had the opportunity to speak to my husband.

Very pleased with my service advisor Randy and the technicians who helped get my AC back in order after going out in the middle of a major heat wave. Randy ensured I had a loaner shortly after dropping off, quickly helped get answers to the issues, and assisted in getting the non-warranty portion of my service covered through my VSC. The whole process was very smooth and transparent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Leta service and working with Randy!
